60-day money-back guarantee
You have 60 days from receiving your order to return an item that does not suit you. In addition to your legal rights, we will refund the price of the returned product, provided it is sent back complete and in good condition.
Legal right of withdrawal (14 days)
You have 14 days from receiving your order to withdraw from your purchase, without giving any reason. To do so, simply send us a clear statement (for example an email) at contact@hellosafecore.com, including your order number.
The full amount paid, including the initial shipping costs, is refunded no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision. We may delay the refund until we receive the product or until you provide proof that it has been sent back. The refund is made with the same payment method used for the order.
How to return an item

- We send you the return address and instructions.
- Send the product back in its packaging, with your order number.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product received is defective, damaged or does not match your order.
Defective or damaged product
If your product arrives damaged or has a defect, contact us with a photo of the product. We will offer a replacement or a refund at no cost to you. You also benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for 2 years from delivery and from the guarantee against hidden defects, as provided by French law.
