Shipping policy
Where we ship
We ship from France to the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Switzerland, Norway, Australia, New Zealand and several countries in Asia and the Middle East. Tracked shipping is free for orders delivered to metropolitan France. For other countries, tracked shipping costs €9.90 (or the equivalent in your currency) and is free on orders of €60 or more. The exact amount is shown at checkout, before you confirm your order.
We do not currently ship to other European Union countries.
Delivery times
- Order processing: 1 to 3 business days.
- Estimated delivery: 5 to 7 business days after shipping for France, 10 to 20 business days for other countries.
These times are estimates. During peak periods (Black Friday, the holiday season), they may be slightly longer: to receive your gifts before Christmas, we recommend ordering as early as possible.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.
Customs duties and import taxes
For orders shipped outside France, any customs duties or import taxes charged by the destination country are paid by the recipient, unless they are collected at checkout.
Late, lost or damaged parcel
If your parcel has not arrived within the stated time or arrives damaged, contact us at contact@hellosafecore.com with your order number: we will quickly find a solution (reshipment or refund).
